10 Minute Breakfast

This breakfast is my go to when I’m struggling for time.

The ingredient list is super simple:

  • 2 x Bacon
  • 2 x Poached eggs
  • 100g x Asparagus
  • Zero calorie maple syrup. (Bulkpowders)

Cooking instructions:

  1. Steam the asparagus.
  2. Grill the bacon
  3. Poach the eggs.
  4. Add maple syrup to bacon
  5. Season Asparagus with Sea salt
