Recipe: Summer desert/snack

Hey you beautiful bunch, I hope you’re having a great week!

Today I bring you one of my quickest desert/snack – Summer berries with Almond yoghurt and honey!

This recipe is so quick and simple and will really fill you up after dinner or as a mid afternoon snack.


150-300g of almond yoghurt

100-200g of mixed summer fruit

20-30g of squeezy honey

Optional extras:

Depending on your macros you may like to add some flaxseed, almond flakes or crushed unsalted cashews. :)
